I’m Roisin, a massage therapist based in Woodford Green.

I offer deeply nurturing, tailored massage treatments, for people who are: 

  • experiencing chronic pain, stiffness, aches or tension

  • feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed

  • feeling burnt out, disconnected or depleted

  • or simply in need of some time to reconnect with themselves

My treatments are designed to help you slow down, release tension and unwind. Treatments improve sleep, support nervous system regulation and create space for deep rest and recovery, leaving you feeling grounded and restored, with a renewed sense of vitality and ease.

Treatments take place in a calm and cosy space at my home in Woodford Green.
