I believe massage and holistic care should be accessible to everyone. As part of my community care approach, I offer one free massage a month to people who may not otherwise be able to access massage, or to those who spend a lot of time caring for others, including:

- people on a low income or experiencing financial difficulty
- carers
- NHS workers
- people experiencing social isolation
- people from marginalised communities
