Thank you for choosing Wild Shores Massage. Please read the following terms carefully. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payments

  • All appointments are booked through our online system (Acuity Scheduling).

  • Payment is taken in full at the time of booking via Stripe (or your chosen payment method).

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, the session fee may not be refunded.

  • If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the full session fee will apply.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time so your session can start as scheduled.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, but the full session fee still applies.

4. Health & Safety

  • Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns during booking or before your session.

  • Massage is intended for relaxation and wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical treatment.

  • If you are pregnant, have osteoporosis, severe injuries, or other medical concerns, please consult your doctor before booking.

5. Refunds & Gift Cards

  • Payments are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the therapist’s discretion.

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

6. Privacy

  • Your personal and health information is collected and stored in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
