Thank you for choosing Wild Shores Massage. Please read the following terms carefully. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Payments
All appointments are booked through our online system (Acuity Scheduling).
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking via Stripe (or your chosen payment method).
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, the session fee may not be refunded.
If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the full session fee will apply.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time so your session can start as scheduled.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, but the full session fee still applies.
4. Health & Safety
Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns during booking or before your session.
Massage is intended for relaxation and wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical treatment.
If you are pregnant, have osteoporosis, severe injuries, or other medical concerns, please consult your doctor before booking.
5. Refunds & Gift Cards
Payments are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the therapist’s discretion.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
6. Privacy
Your personal and health information is collected and stored in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
